I am optimistic, I feel we reached the climax of Banana state under W., perhaps, last year. Now we are trying to claw back as the consequences of being a Banana state for a while hit. Yes, I am aware that quite a few features are still with us. As the consequences go, it will take a while, and the worst lies ahead, not behind, perhaps, as much as 4 years ahead. Political and economic collapse do not need to happen at the same time.
