With i-node, anyone who doesn't agree with him 100% is a far left winger with no ability to think rationally. This, of course, is totally a lie. For example, I've had ongoing disagreements with lane3 on the healthcare thread for months. But she is not an extremist, and is far smarter than any liberal on this thread, and makes cogent arguments. She and I frequently disagree, but she argues her points and half the time I end up thinking she was right. From my POV the only value in any of these threads is the intellectual argument that some make. You don't find that coming from the Left on this thread. You get MM and Michael who claim to be reasonable individuals yet support Obama no matter what he does. You get RW who makes no significant posts on his own, merely tripe criticizing those who defeat him with their arguments. You get tejek and Al who are so extreme and predictable their posts are meaningless. Then there is CJ. Whose own post have deteriorated into abject insignificance. What a joke.
