I believe some income is excluded. As for making up numbers, I went over everything else, the only possible weak points are the TANF funds (which are pretty small anyway, and don't affect the argument much either way, as you said in another post their a non-issue, I'm not sure I'd go that far, but its not much of an issue), and the estimate of the value of government provided insurance which is lost or partially lost as income goes up. All the other points clearly line up with reality.
