However, some of us know substantial chunks of the health care finance system inside out. I do (although, I'm far more knowledgeable about Part B and Medicaid than other parts). I know enough about the current system to know that some of the reforms that key to implementation of the bill simply aren't going to happen and the result is going to be hundreds of billions of dollars in deficit increases.
