I think the Admin. has had more than enough time to start doing things rather than simply talking about them.

Talk is cheap, easy.

I sense a great reluctance to move, to do anything of substance.

seems like the main interest of the current administration is simply to use the crisis as an excuse to push their core agendas, ie, health care and energy tax...that is where their passion lies, and these will simply add to the problems.
