Of course he was; he was running CBO.

But I get really tired of this same argument. I've shown you to be wrong time and again.

Now, in the case of the Bush cuts, it is a fact the revenue didn't respond immediately -- which is no surprise given the economic disaster resulting from 9/11. But it eventually did once we had recovered from the Clinton Terrorist Attack of 9/11.

But on what basis, exactly, would you argue AGAINST the Bush tax cuts? You cannot credibly argue against them on the basis of deficit reduction, given the doubling or tripling of deficits under Obama and wasteful 800 Billion in porkulus spending.

So, what is the point of your argument, exactly?
