They are still people. And, as such, are covered by our Constitution when within our jurisdiction.

I'm not an attorney and you aren't either.

But Eric Holder apparently believes that trials in military tribunals are perfectly acceptable. Except where he wants a show trial so these terrorists can bash America for months, perhaps years, on a daily basis.

Can't get by without some America bashing.
