If I can find a convenient place to click, I'm thinking of shorting gold: <
why did you not buy gold?

more importantly, why are you still not buying gold?

You know why I didn't buy some at $323 from Johnson Matthey in Grafton Road. It was tempting.

More importantly, what to do today? Having shorted JPM at $45.77 I have a tranche of US$, [or perhaps it's wallop or the other unit of measure I forget] which are begging for something to do. Perhaps they can just sit there, with 0% interest and hence no tax to pay, waiting to buy JPM or gold or QCOM or Qi or something. There are opportunities coming by every other day.
