Then we disagree. I don't think another 10 years is needed, but if it is then its worth it.

But if we are going to dither and not make a serious effort going forward then it would be better to end it. No point in dragging it out if your planning to lose anyway.

That's very unlikely. Afghanistan has been nowhere near that much so far.
