"free market capitalism is best for health care" Free market capitalism is an American utopia, kinda like communism was in Russia. It does not exist. -g- US is a developed economy with very large companies. So, there are monopolies. A monopoly will not cut costs, just look at the price of MS software. It costs far more than a new computer these days.

You know damn well....anything the gov't touches turns to crap... Like the race to the moon? Or development of the atomic bomb? Governments around the world are executing in terms of education, health care, and economic growth. If we continue to delude ourselves that our government cannot do anything right, these other countries will eat our lunch.
