GG - I have some thoughts on your questions...

Do they have any proprietary technology?
Yes -The Company holds 230 U.S. patents and eight foreign patents.
At February 2, 1997, the Company had 314 U.S. patent applications pending
and 40 foreign applications pending in several European and Asian countries.

Are they making something where there is no competition?
No - but the competetive base is shrinking and "barriers to entry"
are increasing, they're not making doughnuts.

Is the stock price is cheap today compared to its history?
No - but it will be compared to it's future

Are they leading technology enablers?
They are leading technology integrators, therefore, enablers to
our computing society. Remember, a 128MB SDRAM DIMM
by itself makes an interesting key chain and little more.

Hope this helps..
