Are you talking about the narrowist POSSIBLE margin, or the fact he had to BRIBE senators, or the fact he had to do it on Sat night when nobody was paying attention, or the fact that immediately after the vote Senators who supported it are coming out saying, "No way will I vote to close debate if that legislation isn't radically changed"?? Which of those indicates the EASE you're referring to?
