Mr Kugler you have a call on line one, it's the CEO of DVBC.
"Tell him to hold, I'm buying RMIL at the market".

The seems to be a little confusion on SI about the name change from Olympus Ventures, Inc. (OVIS) to Rocky Mountain International, Ltd. (RMIL)

The first DTC chill was the one where DTC was awaiting the new TA to come online and send DTC the changed (updated) company information. This information was sent to the new TA on 20 Oct. 1997, and DTC updated all brokerage accounts about the OVIS to RMIL cusip and name changes on or about the 23 of October 1997.

After this update DTC sent the new TA all the requests that they could fill. Once the legal inventory of the newly changed OVIS to RMIL was reached there was a new chill at DTC as the RMIL inventory was exhausted and the remaining requests were kicked back to the brokers.

Now the MM's and Shorts are suppose to be informed of the buy back's. Everyone with an unfilled certificate request MUST demand delivery of the shares!
