One at a time, Peter... one at a time please. (You go swirling off into a cloud of dust so fast it becomes practically impossible to make hide nor tail out of whatever the heck you are talking about....) I'll just start with the very FIRST thing you brought up: "discount the Heritage as unreliable....' I DID NOT say that Heritage was unreliable. What I said was that it was just a BLOG posting, not any kind of comprehensive econometrics analysis... (and, there IS a difference between an opinion-piece blog post, and a formal economic analysis with actual rules and documented sources and clear mathematical analysis to follow....) <g>
