Sal, *

I don't know if that was really directed at me or if you just tagged onto the last message for your post.

I AM NOT SAYING NOT TO VOTE--I AM SAYING THAT SHAREHOLDERS NEED TO
BE UP IN ARMS.

I havie been saying they should be up in arms for months when they had time to do it right. I AM
SAYING I QUESTION THE TIMING OF SOME GUY WHO APPEARS-- SPOUTS THE
COMPANY LINE- - JUST HAPPENS TO BE IN PHILADELPHIA-- AND THEN THE
COMPANY JUST DECIDES TO HAVE A MEETING THERE --AND HE WANTS YOUR
PROXY AND TO LEAD YOU INTO AN AGREEMENT?????????
red flags-red flags-red flags-red flags-red flags-red flags

I am saying start quickly with a lawyer you know. Let him/her lead you into the best way to coordinate efforts with other like minded shareholders.

*Still just my personal opinion, everyone should do as they please.
