Charge them the full income tax rates and instead of creating a structure vaguely like taking an ownership stake they will actually take the ownership stake and thus be back to 15% since they will pay capital gains rates when they sell it. And when you continue to toss around marginal rates of 50% or so, why don't you remind your readers of the point when that kicks in. You've posted it at least twice, I've posted it once. No need to repeat it, since it is irrelevant to the argument I'm making. Of fine since it makes you so happy, I'll repeat the irrelevance, its $500k. It has less of a negative impact because it affects fewer people, but the problems don't go away they just are smaller.
