That is a winning strategy, but not the best. All good poker layers know you can bluff a strong rock easier than a weak player. In fact against weak players I just play ABC poker and that gets the money.

The fact of the matter is that it is hard to make a hand. people usually miss. so strategic bluffing is critical. many nights I make all my money through bluffing.

As Doyle Brunson said in his book super systems: "I will bluff at them a dozen times and think to myself they can't drop again, butI force my arm out with the chips again and sure enough they throw their hand away again"-lol.

Against rocks who play the odds, in big money games, I play real agressive. I make them pay to draw to their hands and I ride their blinds. Bet, raise, bet.

A player with deep pockets who sticks to the odds and knows how to bet when holding a winning hand can beat a good bluffer.
I'm sure you would respond that playing a winning hand correctly requires as much bluffing as playing a poor one.
