I really don't know who Obama has working on what, but to me it needs to be clear to American Industry that we need breakthrough technologies in so many industries if we want to continue to be the world leader, we must lead. Business as usual just isn't making it. Govt. funding no doubt will be required to build these new developments, but if we don't provide them someone will. As Empire's go, we're really a short one at this point. Our actions will signal our intent to continue, or not. Gary
