Walter; Bresea cannot be placed into bankruptcy by some potential lawsuit being won in the future. What are Breseas debts?, are they in default?, can they pay them?
The BC shareholders are a den of crooks in cahoots with Walsh to think of keeping him for a nanosecond, I trust the court will go with the Ontario group and get rid of Walsh, leaving Bresea to operate. It has funds to pay its bills and keep going, and as far as I can see in untainted. Except for Walsh, get him out.
