Rick-I owe you nothing and YOU should therefore have no expectations! If you want to practice securities law, go to law school. If you want to interpret Rule 14 (a)(dealing with proxy solicitation), go to law school. But if you want to find out if I have (yet) made a proxy solicitation, LEARN HOW TO READ If and when I actually do a proxy solicitation, my attorney will comply with the law. Remember, I am acting not as an attorney but as a shareholder. Face it, you are like a kibitzer at a game of checkers. You have no financial interest at stake and as I posted, I now know that you have a perverse, bias against the people you are criticizing that could never be shared by any other poster on this thread, and which destroys your credibility completely (and goes a long way in explaining your mania). Those on this thread who have the right to vote are trying to have an adult discussion. I don't recall anyone asking you for advice.
