2 companies for the price of one. That's what Joe Stephan told us
also. Biggest problem is the story is not fully understood. Any
money manager looking at the financials would have to be
worried. Negative cash flow, losses for years, confusing management
structure. Competing in land of giants. On the other hand if anyone
knows and talks with Jeff Drazen of Sierra Ventures they'll get
the positive side of the story.

If Vertel or Sonoma can land some big contracts this quarter the stocks
going to take off. Telco spending is highest in the 4th quarter. Vertel
just got back from their big show and Sonoma has one beginning
next week. We'll know soon enough if their products were received
well.

I think their technology is worth at least $20 per share. I do think that
within the next 12 months that value will be realized.

<It really blows my mind that Newbridge or Lucent hasen't gobbled this entire company up by now.I mean both (NN,LU) are such big players in TMN and ATM.>

Maybe they know more than we do?? Or are they just lazy?

<. But seriously, granted they don't exactly have 20% sales growth ,why isn't Wallstreet taking notice?>

You just answered your own question! Wall street doesnt give a shit untill the bread is on the table....wonder when that will be...wonder if they'll ever make any money from these "alliances" or just bump along the bottom.
