If not a single piece of evidence we have on the dude hasn't come from torture or other extra-constitutional means, I wouldn't mind him walking.

It doesn't take that for him to walk.

All it takes is one unconvinced Muslim on the jury.

KSM's friends would love to get the list of informants who worked to find KSM. That list cannot be made public and would not be in a military court.

This civilian criminal trial for a terrorist is the stupidest thing Obama has done yet. I hate to think he's doing it on purpose to cover up the rest of the shit he's doing and will do.
