Dvorak's "Inside Track" Extols S3, Faroudja Tech. for TV To all on this thread: In the "Nov. 18" issue of PC Magazine, John Dvorak mentions S3 and Faroudja, giving them a "thumbs up" and citing the potential of their technology as an inexpensive alternative to HDTV. I don't have the time to type in or scan in the article, so check it out. The heading is "Better TV than Ever Dept." So what do those of you following this stock think? This was my first intro. to S3/Faroudja. Also, is some kind of line doubling capability built into the Snappy chip? How does it achieve high res.? Thanks for your insights. I've spent the last hour+ reading past S3 postings.
