Easily. Having been in that income bracket, and known people there, the only ones who use insurance as a major decision factor are those with, or have dependents with, something chronic. Even then, they are often willing to gamble to get more money in the pay envelope. Granted, this is anecdotal, but that is far better than just speculation.
