Eric Holder's inability to defend his decision against Lindsay Graham pretty much ruled him out of the "legal scholar" category. I've known attorneys fresh out of law school who could have done a better job of defending the indefensible that that. Graham made a soliloquy...asking questions holder could not answer with sound bites...each one of these cases are unique, probably because of the history of the defendants and how they have been treated, legally and physically, and the legal implications....I am done with this one with you ok? It's an obvious waste of time. Al
