So then, they just don't want him to have a trial at all. Better to lock him away and throw away the key. Could you possibly be any more ignorant? KSM was supposed to be tried as an enemy combatant in a military tribunal authorized by Congress, a process Obambi stopped. In fact, KSM wanted to plead guilty. Given these facts and the risks attendant to a trial and awarding this sick animal full Constitutional rights, why would any rational person advocate for a trial?
