Not that I have any desire to discuss much of anything in this august (and no doubt "objective" in the minds of participants) forum, but if you go back up that thread, I came in in response to this bald statement: 25 years ago GW supporters were writing books and claiming the planet was going into a deep freeze. Ok, I ask for one book, and you eventually pointed me at a book that claimed no such thing, but I did find one, and this was, I guess, indicative of some sort of "scientific" triumph on your part. Not to belabor said triumph, but I stumbled on a couple links today, putting the "deep freeze" claim in context: skepticalscience.com , wmconnolley.org.uk You and this thread are of course free to ignore it all and go on with your smug rants. It's all hilarious enough, if you're into a certain kind of black humor anyway.
