Well explain this to me then? If Bush can cut the taxes of the rich by trillions using reconciliation why can't the dems use it for a health care bill?

What is the difference??

>>If they were to pass a GIGANTIC BILL like this through reconciliation then they'd have to HOPE that they never got back into the minority because if they did they'd have every bill shoved down THEIR throats by a mere 51 votes from then on.
