Aaarrggg.... You're full of it. The CUSIP (spelling ??) number has not changed, only the ticker symbol changed. That is the reason why if you have an OVIS certificate, you do NOT need to send it in to the TA to get an RMIL certificate. And you say you are a broker, I am impressed by the depth of your knowledge. I guess that means that is must be a multiple-choice test on BASIC questions that one must pass (70%) to become a broker. I'm sure the test is a joke, that a high-school flunkee could pass. Kurt Mr. Mork you have a call on line one, it's the CEO of your brokerage/clearing-firm. "Tell him to hold, I'm buying RMIL at the market to cover"

Mike, We are having alot of difficulty getting our certs. I, personally, have been waiting since August. My broker allows me to listen in on calls to the TA and the DTC because of the amount of time I've been waiting, and the amount of grief I give him. The Foundations 'bookkeeping' along w/ the DTC's 0-inventory of RMIL certificates , at least SUGGESTS the float is in our control. That w/ MM's folding up camp, DVBC dumping shares....if we're wrong? its' been a trip!!!, Pugs
