That statement just wasnt true.>>> I was referencing a single data point with a number of implied caveats. As far as I can tell banks are still not lending. And because population is growing and demographics are such that more family households are forming my sense (and hope) is that a pent up demand is building. I was not aiming to make a pronouncement on some universal all encompassing idealogically driven observation.
