I understand what you think they are saying. The explanation given to me was that DTC was waiting to convert existing OVIS certificates to RMIL. I do't think that is unusual. Did Riley ever comment on the PGP question? Why don't you ask him? And where are the financials?

John, Mike should also be aware that this is the 2nd 'CHILL' on RMIL @ the DTC, The FIRST was for the reasons he states, the CURRENT CHILL is due to ZERO INVENTORY OF RMIL CERTIFICATES, this can be verified by a broker w/ participant and cusip #'s by calling the DTC @ 516 227 4215, there are 12 employees who can answer this., I spoke to Jean., Pugs And we know he DOES know this - he just refuses to acknowledge it here. THAT'S no big surprise! threw away his ticket to the clue bus
