Good question. Since I was grandfathered from the old SI board, I don't think I have a subscription to cancel, so I don't know where to look.

But this subject might do you some good....
Subject 32048

Should be a subject called "Questions and Answers with SI Admin (Bob)". If you're lucky, that'll already have been answered...

I agree, the account pages can be hard to navigate....

BTW, I banned our recent friend. s/he can now be a martyr, but someplace else...

Erick

Hi, Tom.

Replying here in case anyone else sees this who has the same situation.

For some reason that escapes me, I didn't make it possible for someone with a 3-year account to change to Lifetime or even add another 3 years prior to expiration of their current 3-year.

If the Lifetime option isn't available to you either because you're a 3-year subscriber or you want to help pay the bills but are already a Lifer or Grandfathered, the following link will skip you past the problem with not having the link enabled on the Subscribe page.

siliconinvestor.com

Similarly, siliconinvestor.com works for the 3-year. I'll also post this in the Q&A board.
