I disagree that Ventana is better off being with Greystar. It won't erase their title problems if they joint with them. The better orebody is the Ventana one because grade erases many metallurgical difficulties. Greystar has a ways to go yet to define a process that makes them economic. Not so Ventana. The depth of Ventana's orebody is immaterial. That is just the depth of the drilling, which is a good thing, not a bad thing.

Title has always been a problem all over South America, with the exceptions of Guyana and Chile. There are always multiple layers of ownership on the land, gangsters and other corruption interfering. For a while the worst was Brazil which if you had gold and were near roads, was a multilingual garmimpeiro mix up.

Greystar had trouble with title too, as it did not own all the concessions that were part of the geological package at one time. I am told this has since been resolved.
