You'll know that the recognition phase of our serious situation has finally begun to unfold when the gold mining equities rise against falling stock markets and systemic risk. That will be the signal that capital finally realizes that gold will be marshalled to replace dead currencies. I expect that holders of bullion and rising gold mining stocks will reach a point where they feel sickened by the entire situation even as everything PM blasts off.
