I expect we'll see a run to USD and hard currencies. Intervention on the part of the Japanese government I suppose is possible.

The B'berg reports about the Dubai debt being more than $80-90 billion due to off-balance sheet items won't help.

Will be interesting.

Do we have another small 'containable' problem about to cause a systemic crisis? Are dominos being set up? I don't think so but there seems to be an air of crisis wholly out of proportion to the amounts involved.

Gas is doing well given the selling. That's the market I am
interested in now. That, and related energy sector stocks.
Temperatures are dropping. I think it made a bottom in
September, kinda later than everything else. It has potential
to move somewhere, I think the direction is higher. -g-
