Of course not. They committed no "war crimes".

In the first place, Saddam had violated the terms of the ceasefire agreement time and again.

Secondly, our conduct of the war was the most humane in the history of the world.

And finally, the war criminal was Saddam. Can you convict someone of war crimes for removing a war criminal from power?
