When I was in practice, I wrote a concise summary of all current preventive recommendations. One copy was given to each patient, and another would become part of the medical record. Everyone was encouraged to ask questions, and we would discuss them. It all worked quite well. Info is readily available. Most important things all here, among the very first few entries of a google search: google.com It really isn't all that hard to get the idea. Normally any Doc or NP get help with some guidance. No need for Uncle... :)
