Very well or very not so well. Chances are 99% he could give the greatest halftime speech in the history of the universe, and it won't make me change my mind. Time to find a better way than "Give me 100,000 more troops and I'll be in Hanoi by June". I've been down that road before, and it didn't go to Hanoi.
