no, they aren't. there is no draft. and if they institute a draft, all the kids just need to say they are queer.

And the decision isn't simply what troops to send or not send now, it is the role of State and USAID, and the overall plan.

I remember a good number of years when we weren't fighting someone. However i don't recall a time when we didn't speak of Russia and China as our enemies, until now.
