It will take time and some slower changes to start closes some of the sillier bases we have, methinks. I 'think' cost will be brought up in his speech and in a way that only makes sense... and in front of West Point cadets makes sense in the way of shared sacrifice... that as they go to war for what we have determined is vital (for whatever reason), that every American is a part of it, not simply the .05% who are in the military. no, soldiers, we won't just go shopping to show our American spirit.
