Peeling an egg well is no joke, especially if you are serving deviled eggs (so want them looking good), and it just takes so long and is annoying when the shell sticks and tears parts out.

I'ma remember what has been posted on this. we do deviled eggs, and also often tuna salad & egg salad.

Not a joke.

Glad to see it's not just me that's had trouble peeling an egg.

This recent batch I boiled the day after I bought them. And I've never added salt to the water. And I usually let them sit in the pan and wait for them to cool off rather than take them out of the water after about 10 minutes and add ice to cool them down.

So I've been doing it wrong all my life. Amazing I've made it this far.

What would I do without the GITS thread. :)
