The Germans and Japanese problem was not education. It was excessive militarism and conformity. After WWII they became the second and third largest economies on earth by way of their cultures of education and hard work. The middle east suffers from ignorance. You can change the mind of an educated person (because it can understand reason and logic), but it is almost impossible with the uneducated because they think through a scripted myth and cannot conceptualize what you are saying. Big difference.
