The Celts were wild people. They scared everyone. Romes orgaization finally extincted them after hundreds of years of warfare. The human species has been wild forever. We are still just moderating our natural tendencies. No one is innocent. We are all actors in some stupid play and we don't even know it. A few people like Simone De Beauvoir at least knew we are in a play. She said, there is not a woman, there is a person who becomes a woman. Existence preceeds essence. Our species ranges from the most compassionate to the most barbaic butcher. But by and large, we just bumble around like blind mice and don't even know it.
