I presume that theother board is for those that wish to discuss the GW issue almost exclusively. That's fine for them. However, it's existence in no way should prohibit discussion or posting on the subject on this ENERGY board. You might as well try to ban discussion of seismology when reviewing E&Ps. That said, imo, there haven't been enough posts on the subject to warrant your displeasure, which I interpret to be based mostly on biased opinions.
