Tomas thank you for your input I am interested to see what this does when it hits the market. I have not seen the propectus but my broker is suppose to have some for me. In general the hotel industry seems very strong. I know in Ottawa is often hard to get a room. The hotels are mainly business hotels so the drop in Asian visitors in not a big concern to me. Lets see what happens over the next couple of months.
