I would suspect that cap and trade is all but dead... besides, meeting in Copenhagen in the dead of winter to discuss global warming is comical... I was in Copenhagen a couple of months ago, it's a beautiful town, especially the Nuhaven district, but if I wanted to convince people about global warming I certainly wouldn't go there in the cold dark winter... but of course, these are politicians, they all act like they're experts in everything but don't know anything about anything... GZ
