Maudlin has gone the way of Larry King......senile and delusional. I have this vision of Maudlin in a few years a homeless derelict, living under a bridge somewhere scrounging through trash cans for food, and he will still be "muddling through"... For some reason he can't seem to drop that semi optimistic line that he started. Many people cling to old beliefs long after they have been discredited or they become obsolete. It's hard to admit you were on the wrong track or that subsequent events have changed the facts.......
