I'll tell you what they do. In Singapore, you can be put in jail for life or executed.

I don't know about drug legalization. It's a slippery slope. I'd hate for it to become as easy as going to the local liquor store to get some marijuana or other drugs.

I think Portugal has had good success with total decriminalization- or something like that. Takes the coolness out of things when they are legal- and I would much rather have my kids smoking dope (legally) than drinking (legally) - since I really really hate the aggression excess alcohol consumption causes. I've never seen an aggressive stoner. And another plus, I don't think you CAN kill yourself with excessive pot but you sure as hell can kill yourself with alcohol poisoning.
