Hal, When you say 'their survival is likely..' do you mean there is any doubt Axc will be in business in the foreseeable future? Also, if you think at 2.75 or under is a bargain, are you suggesting its less than a bargain at 33/16? The stock is either oversold here and a great bargain or we are all in trouble. My take on Axc is that it is being punished for being a 'bad boy'. It had a great story, teased us with it, but had little to follow up with ie. hard contracts. Even the Maxdor deal read like a waterdowned agreement with outs for Maxdor like a prenuptual agreement. Axc is in the doghouse. I think its a steal at these prices because with or without KM, the stock should be a double from here. The company will remain in business and almost any good news will move it up to its old range of 6-7. Any real news on KM will have it going up in clumps. Steve D.
