Bush gave the Dems and Pubs all the $$ they wanted.

What does that mean? And why does that make Bush less partisan?

O'bama is the most partisan President I can remember.

Bush made no effort to be bipartisan because the Rs owned Congress the first 6 years of his administration. I am not sure what you are smoking but apparently you and Brumar are sharing.
